Terms, Conditions & Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: August 2026
Booking and Appointments
By booking an appointment with CorPhysio, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Appointments can be scheduled online via our booking portal, or via text/email.
Fees and Payment
-
Self-funding patients: All fees must be settled at the time of booking or immediately following the treatment session.
-
Payment methods: CorPhysio accepts credit/debit cards, bank transfer and cash.
-
Insured patients: You are responsible for providing any valid authorisation codes required by your insurer before treatment. If your insurance provider does not settle the invoice, responsibility for the outstanding balance will revert to you.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We understand that emergencies and scheduling conflicts can happen. However, to ensure appointment times remain available to patients waiting for treatment, CorPhysio operates a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.
-
More than 24 hours’ notice: Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge.
-
Less than 24 hours’ notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged the full 100% fee for that session.
-
No-shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notifying us, you will be charged the full 100% fee for that session.
-
Late arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time so that subsequent patients are not delayed. The full session fee will apply.
Clinical Suitability & Consent
Physiotherapy treatment carries minor inherent risks, such as temporary post-treatment soreness. Your physiotherapist will carry out an appropriate assessment and explain their clinical findings before proceeding with treatment.
You have the right to decline any specific treatment technique at any stage.
Code of Conduct
CorPhysio operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding abusive, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour towards its clinician or others within the clinic environment.
CorPhysio reserves the right to terminate a treatment session and refuse future care if this policy is breached.
